Event Reminder
1. Date of the event: 23rd March 2014 (Sun)
2. Registration Deadline: 14th March 2014 (Fri)
(Online registration is available, please register online or return by email, fax or postal mail after filling the downloaded form)
3. Payment due date: 17th March 2014 (Mon). Please settle the minimum donation on or before the date or the registration will deem to be cancelled.
4. Confirmation will be sent by email and phone call within 2 working days after the online registration.
5. Participants may download and fill the registration form, and send by postal mail with the donation by cheque, bank in slip or online transfer confirmation on or before the registration deadline (14th Mar 2014, Fri)
6. Sponsorship Form will be issued after the registration for fund raising. (Not applicable if the participant is the only donor)
7. All donation must be paid on or before the payment due date (17th March 2014, Mon), together with the Sponsorship Form and donation confirmation. The donation confirmation including the bank in slip or online transfer confirmation, should be sent by email, fax or postal mail, with the name of participants and contact number for checking. We'd reply within 2 working days after receiving the form and confirmation.
8. For cheque payment, please mail the cheque payable to “Green Sense HK Limited” with the application form or the name of applicant and contact number at the back, to PO Box 454, Tsuen Wan Post Office.
9. For bank transfer, please deposit in the following bank accounts:
BOC a/c No.: 012-898-1-035864-8 or HSBC a/c No.: 112-247333-292.
10. Donation receipts and certificates will be issued on event day.

12. All participants must read our memo and disclaimer for Green Sense Walkathon 2014 and fully understand the arrangement, important notice and his/her own responsibility.
Event Arrangement
1. Unless the typhoon signal no. 3 or above or red / black rainstorm warning signal is still hoisted at 8:00am on the event day, the event will be held as scheduled. If the weather is undesired, participants, parents or guardians can decide to participate or not at their discretion.
2. Donations will not be refunded or returned if the participant cannot attend the event.
3. Participants should prepare enough water and food if necessary. Using reusable water bottles and utensils are suggested, to avoid and reduce the disposal of waste in the walk. Please beware and take away all the belongings including the litter. Littering is prohibited.
4. Participants are suggested to wear sportswear and sneakers.
5. Participants are suggested to bring along towel or handkerchief.
6. Please prepare your own rain gear and/or sun block if necessary in avoiding or minimizing the use of paper tissue.
7. Registration counter at the starting point is open at 9:30am. (Citygate Outlet Town Square near Tung Chung MTR station Exit B)
8. No pets are allowed in the passageway of the walkathon route.
